If you have just received a Heritage Credit card or Visa Debit card, you will need to activate it before you can use it. To activate your card, you can log in to Heritage Online or call 13 14 22 to speak to one of our friendly card specialists. Alternatively, you can pop into a branch and activate your card in-store.
You will need to have registered for Heritage Online to use this service.
Once you have logged in to your Heritage Online account, use the top menu bar and select the 'Services' option. Then select 'Activate Card'. Complete the details, click on submit and your card will be activated immediately.
When ordering a new or replacement Visa card, depending on whether or not this was via phone or in branch, you will be provided with the option of:
If you chose to have your PIN mailed to you, this will be mailed separately to your card. If you do not receive your PIN with seven days of receiving the card, please contact Heritage on 13 14 22.
