The Business of Sport Fundraising Lunch
23 June 2022
Growing stronger communities is at the very heart of what the Foundation was set up to achieve.
To help celebrate this, we have launched our first “Community at Heart Appeal”.
We want this appeal to engage with the entire Heritage family, coming together to showcase what having Community at Heart can achieve.
The inaugural Community at Heart Appeal will run from Monday 4 July to Friday 8 July. It will be supporting the Foundation’s charity partner The Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation and its Share-A-Book Program.
Share-A-Book provides new and quality pre-loved books to Indigenous, refugee and marginalised communities in need of resources.
Donated books are distributed to targeted regions across Australia such as Tennant Creek, Palm Island, Groote Eylandt, Kempsey, Wagga Wagga and many more.
Our aim is to collect as many new or good quality second-hand children’s books or donations to purchase children’s books.
Books can be donated at any Heritage Bank Branch and you can visit the Heritage Bank website location page to find a branch near you.

If you don’t have a physical book to donate you can still support the appeal by making a donation which will be used to purchase books online through the Give Now platform. Make a donation online now.
