Grant Round 3: Meet Our Partners

In our third grants round, we provided grants to support five charitable organisations - Cystic Fibrosis Queensland, Little Dreamers, Outback Futures, Youth Insearch and Zephyr Education. Learn more about these organisations below.

Cystic Fibrosis Queensland

Cystic Fibrosis Queensland is the peak NFP community charity working with and for the increasing number of people living with this life-shortening chronic disease. We fund research, advocate on the behalf of and deliver support and service programs to alleviate the financial, physical, and emotional burden of the diseases.

Little Dreamers

Little Dreamers supports young people aged four to 25 who provide care for a family member affected by disability, chronic or mental illness, substance use, or frail age. We’re improving the quality of life of Young Carers in five key areas: education, employment, mental and physical health, socialisation, and financial wellbeing.

Outback Futures

Outback Futures is a not-for-profit organisation committed to providing allied health services to rural and remote Queenslanders. The service delivery is provided through remote health clinics and tele-health services. We exist to fill vital allied health service gaps, and to build capacity in local communities to improve their own mental health and wellbeing.

Youth Insearch

Youth Insearch runs one of the most successful youth intervention programs in Australia, working with at risk youth aged 14 to 20, enabling them to reach their full potential. The program has a peer focus, on young people helping young people.

Zephyr Education

Zephyr Education helps children whose education has been disrupted by domestic and family violence get back to school as quickly as possible by paying for school uniforms and school resource fees and supplying all other school needs including shoes, school bags, stationery and computers. Zephyr is run entirely by volunteers.
